Objective

Install roof penetrations so the installer cannot fall through the new opening or a fragile roof, through fragile-roof assessment, fall protection, immediate guarding of every opening, controlled cutting and same-day weatherproofing.

When you'd use this SWMS

If skylight, whirlybird & penetration installation is part of your job, the builder or head contractor will usually want a SWMS for it before you start on site. This one's editable in Word.
