Yes. All of our documents are sold and delivered online. You choose the SWMS, SOP, JSA or VOC you need, select your state where the document is state-specific, pay by card, and download immediately. There is no subscription and no waiting. We are an Australian business (Keuer Solutions Pty Ltd, ABN 48 698 704 853) and every document is written for Australian work health and safety law.

Every single document is $49.99, whether it is a SWMS, a JSA or a VOC. Every trade pack is $249.99, whatever the trade and however many documents are in it, and trade packs include a Master SWMS plus the SOP pack for that trade free, which is $99.99 on its own. All prices are in Australian dollars and GST-inclusive, and a tax invoice is provided with every purchase.

A SWMS sets out how high-risk construction work will be carried out safely. A SOP is a step-by-step procedure for operating a specific item of plant or equipment. A JSA breaks a task into steps and sets out the hazards and controls for each one. A VOC is an assessment record showing that a named worker demonstrated competency on a specific item of plant or task. A VOC is not a licence and does not replace one where a high risk work licence or ticket is required.

You receive a zip file containing editable .docx files for your selected state. Each document references the legislation, regulator, and requirements for that state. We also offer a National version for businesses operating across multiple states.

All SWMS are delivered as .docx (Microsoft Word) files. They open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice, and most other word processors. You can add your logo, company details, and modify the content to suit your work.

Each state has different safety laws. Your SWMS needs to reference the Act, regulator, and requirements for the state you work in. For example, Victoria uses the OHS Act 2004 and WorkSafe Victoria, while NSW uses the WHS Act 2011 and SafeWork NSW. We write each version separately. They are not generic national documents with the state name swapped in. If you work across multiple states, choose the National version as a general starting point.

An individual SWMS covers one specific task (e.g., "Trench Excavation"). A trade pack contains every SWMS relevant to a particular trade, plus a Master SWMS and a set of Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and tasks specific to that trade. Packs are significantly cheaper than buying the same SWMS individually.

A Master SWMS is a single document that covers the entire scope of a trade. Each trade pack includes one overriding Master SWMS alongside the task-specific documents.

Yes. These are templates: professional starting points with hazards, controls, and legislative references already written. You must complete the site-specific fields (company, site, date, personnel, signatures) and review the content against your actual work and conditions. A competent person must ensure the document is appropriate for the specific work being done.

We review and update our templates when we become aware of regulatory changes. Always verify legislative currency with your state regulator at time of use. Contact us if you need to check whether an updated version is available for a document you have purchased.

Yes. All prices are GST-inclusive and a tax invoice with our ABN is provided automatically with your purchase via Stripe.

Yes, within a single business. The licence permits use across all projects and sites operated by the purchasing business. You can share completed SWMS with workers and subcontractors on your projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the templates with other businesses. See our Licence Terms for details.

A trade pack is the SWMS set for one trade. An All-In WHS Pack is the whole management system those SWMS sit inside: the policies, procedures and registers that describe how the business runs, the project and site layer you apply to each job, the full safe work document set including SOPs, JSAs and pre-start inspections, and the training and competency records behind your people. The SWMS in an All-In pack are the same documents sold in the trade pack.

The same system, structured differently for a different purpose. The Standard edition carries review and improvement in a single procedure, which is what most businesses need to run the system and evidence that it is working. The ISO 45001 edition separates that into the clause-level procedures a certification audit works through, being internal audit, corrective and preventive action, management review, compliance evaluation, and monitoring and measurement. It also adds a change management procedure and recuts two registers into the language of the standard. The difference is structure rather than size, so choosing on document count would be choosing on the wrong thing.

No, and no document product can. Certification comes from an external audit of what your business actually does, not from the paperwork you hold. What the ISO edition gives you is the documented information a certification audit works from, in a structure that maps to the standard, so the gap you are closing is your practice rather than your filing.

Because they are genuinely different documents. Working at height on a scaffold involves different plant, different edge protection and a different sequence from working at height on a roof. A single generic version would have to cover all of it loosely, which is the kind of SWMS a site supervisor rejects because it plainly was not written for the job in front of them. Each trade has its own, and the trade appears in brackets after the title so you can tell them apart. Buying a trade pack gets you that trade's version automatically.

The documents are editable and written to be adapted, and most businesses do that themselves.
