Laying and finishing timber floors - subfloor preparation, laying and cutting boards, secret nailing or adhesive fixing, sanding and applying finishes.
Objective
Lay timber floors safely by controlling kneeling and back strain, nailer and saw injuries, carcinogenic wood dust from sanding and solvent and adhesive vapours through knee protection and rotation, guarded tools, on-tool extraction with P2 RPE and ventilation.
